Dads & Daughters get “animated” at your dance, and dress as your favorite cartoon duo. King Triton and Ariel from the Little Mermaid or Fred and Wilma Flintstone; others will have fun guessing who’s who. Movie theatre-style snacks like popcorn and candy will be served. Back by popular demand. Your team will search for clues and tasks, using the many amenities found in Ironwoods Park to solve the puzzles. Each team will receive a packet at the Prairie Oak Nature Center to begin their mission. This adventure is self-guided, beginning at 10:00a, and must be completed by 1:00p. This is a fun way to acquaint your team members with some of the many activities and opportunities available at the park, and would be a great "prequel" to fall camping in the cabins, climbing on the course, or comprehending the Prairie Oak Nature Center's "creepy-crawlies". Each registration requires only one registrant and is limited to 4 additional team members. Program waivers are required to participate. Questions? Join us as we celebrate our 5th Campout with Dad! Various fun activities will be available for overnight campers. Dinner, s’mores and a light breakfast will be served.
